Black Oxide Finish these fasteners are designed for military or other applications where you do not want them to shine light. They also look very cool! Positive locking fasteners that will never open accidentally. Each stud is assembled with a spring mechanism, holding the fastener under tension until turned by hand. Black Oxide Coated brass construction. Please note the clinch plate for the turn button is nickel plated brass. Clinch plate is not available in black oxide coating.
